Introducing!!!!!!......
The infallable, the extraordinary, the amazing, the unique, the new, the one of a kind (drumroll please) Cutsie Tootsie !!!!!
We are a brand new business, headed up by some very creative women, making beautiful tutus every little girl will love! The tutus come in a variety of colors and sizes, from the perfect sugary puff for those precious newborn pictures, that adorable addition to a toddler's dress up party, to a girl's perfect ballet tutu all her friends will want and she will never want to take off.
We also offer hair bows for all little girls, and crochet pieces for the hair and clothing, perfect for the woman who likes something from yesteryear but still modern and attention grabbing.
